Bill Title: Child abuse training. Requires: (1) child care providers that receive reimbursement vouchers; (2) public schools, including charter schools; and (3) nonpublic schools that receive choice scholarship students; to provide training to staff concerning the recognition of the warning signs that a child is being abused.
