Bill Title: Passenger boat inspection requirements. Allows the owner of a boat that operates upon public water and carries passengers for hire to elect to have the boat inspected by either a dry dock inspection or a dockside inspection with an underwater examination of the exterior portion of the boat that is below the waterline. Requires the owner to pay an additional fee for a dockside examination of the exterior portion of the boat that is below the waterline.
