Bill Title: Appointment of state officers. Provides for the appointment of the attorney general by the governor after January 10, 2021. Provides for the state superintendent of public instruction to be appointed by the governor after January 10, 2021. Requires the governor to appoint the state superintendent from a list of three nominations submitted to the governor by the state board of education. Makes conforming and technical amendments.
