Bill Title: Ban on sale or use of coal tar pavement products. Prohibits the: (1) sale; and (2) application to pavement; of a coal tar pavement product (a tar formed from the distillation of bituminous coal) except as required for purposes of research on the effects of the coal tar pavement product on the environment.
