Bill Title: Riverboat admissions and supplemental wagering tax distributions. Provides that the Dearborn County council may vote to direct the county auditor to distribute 25% of the admissions and supplemental wagering taxes that are distributed to Dearborn County to cities and towns in the county where a riverboat is not located. Provides for the taxes to be distributed using a ratio. Sets forth how a city or town in Dearborn County may use the admissions and supplemental wagering taxes that are distributed.
