Opiate addiction treatment pilot program. Establishes the regional opiate addiction treatment pilot program (program) administered by the division of mental health and addiction (division). Sets forth requirements to participate in the program. Requires the division to submit a report concerning the program to the legislative council not later than September 15, 2017.
