Summary

Assisted living services. Requires the office of Medicaid policy and planning (office) to reimburse for assisted living services provided to a Medicaid waiver recipient who is aged or disabled when the service is provided by a residential care facility or a housing with services establishment. Allows for Medicaid reimbursement for any home and community based services provided to a Medicaid recipient beginning on the date of the individual's application.
