Summary

Provides that certain duties imposed on the Lake Michigan marina and shoreline development commission under current law are discretionary powers rather than duties. Provides that, instead of being required to report on its activities to the governor and the legislative council at least once every two years, the commission may report to the governor and the legislative council.
