Summary
Provides for the issuance of a disabled Hoosier veteran license plate to a person who: (1) has been rated by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (department) as being at least 50% disabled with at least a 30% mobility disability rating; and (2) receives service connected compensation from the department. (Current law provides that the person must be rated 100% disabled.)
