Summary

Prohibits a university, a college, or another educational institution in Indiana that: (1) provides programs of collegiate or university education or other postsecondary education; and (2) is supported in whole or in part by appropriations made by the general assembly; from exercising the power of eminent domain to acquire real property or personal property.
