Summary

State payments for school textbook costs. Requires public schools to provide curricular materials to students at no cost to a student. Establishes the curricular materials fund for the purpose of providing state reimbursements for costs incurred by public schools to provide curricular material to students at no cost. Provides that the department of education shall administer the fund. Appropriates money in the fund. Makes corresponding changes.
