Summary

1977 fund surviving spouse benefit. Increases, from 60% to 80% of the member's monthly benefit, the monthly benefit of a surviving spouse of an individual who: (1) is a member of the 1977 police officers' and firefighters' pension and disability fund; and (2) dies other than in the line of duty after June 30, 2017.
