Summary

Allows a juvenile court to issue certain orders requested by a person investigating suspected child abuse or neglect of a child. Makes it Class D felony for a person to fail to comply with a court order to deliver a child, provide the location of a child, or name a person who may have knowledge of a child's whereabouts to the court or another person. Provides that it is a defense to a charge if the person is unable to comply with the court order due to lack of knowledge.
