Ignition interlock program. Requires the Indiana criminal justice institute (institute) to adopt rules concerning ignition interlock devices. Requires the institute, the bureau of motor vehicles, the state department of toxicology, and the state police department to enter into a memorandum of understanding regarding ignition interlock devices.
