Local licensing boards in Lake and Porter counties. Provides that a member of a board or other entity in Lake County or Porter County that issues a license, registration, or certificate required for a contractor to do business in the geographic area served by the board or entity must be at least 18 years of age, and except for an ex-officio member, a resident of the geographic area served by the board or entity. Provides that a member who ceases to be a resident of the geographic area served by the board or entity is considered to have resigned as
