Summary

Notice of school immunization exemptions. Provides that at the beginning of each school year, each accredited school shall send each student's parent written notice of the student's rights not to receive immunizations, treatment, testing, or examinations if the parent objects on religious grounds or a physician certifies that the immunization, treatment, testing, or examination is or may be detrimental to the student's health.
