Summary
Allows a plaintiff or lienholder who: (1) brings a cause of action for the enforcement of a lien concerning a boat, a vessel, or another watercraft; and (2) recovers a judgment in any sum from the defendant; to also recover from the defendant reasonable attorney's fees, court costs, and a fee for each day the boat, vessel, or other watercraft was stored by the plaintiff or lienholder.
