Summary

Type II gaming. Authorizes retailers engaged in type II gaming to conduct progressive raffle events using games approved by the Indiana gaming commission for use by qualified organizations holding annual raffle licenses. Specifies requirements for conducting progressive raffle events. Specifies that progressive raffle events are included when determining a retailer's license renewal fee and when taxing distributors. Provides that there is no prize limit for a progressive raffle event and that the minimum payout percentage for a progressive raffle event is 80%.
