Summary

Requires the Indiana utility regulatory commission (IURC) to determine and fix just, affordable, and reasonable utility rates if the IURC finds utility rates are unjust, unaffordable, or unreasonable. (Current law requires the IURC to determine and fix just and reasonable rates.)
