Summary

Regional development authorities. Provides that the exercise of the power of eminent domain by a regional development authority (other than the northwest Indiana regional development authority) is subject to the approval of the legislative body of the municipality in which the property is located or, if the property is not located within a municipality, the legislative body of the county in which the property is located.
