(Current law requires the following: (1) That a school corporation conducts at least 180 student instructional days. Makes corresponding changes, including corresponding changes to the school flex program and to the calculation for determining full-time equivalency for average daily membership. Provides that, after June 30, 2022, a school's annual performance may not include English/language arts scores on the statewide assessment for a limited English proficient student who has been enrolled in schools in the United States for less than 12 months. Provides that a school's annual performance may measure only a particular student's growth in English/language arts on the statewide assessment if the particular student is a limited English proficient student who has been enrolled in schools in the United States for at least 12 months but less than 24 months.
