State and local administration. (This proposed legislation does the following: (1) Sets forth the text of CC024205 adopted by the Senate on March 14, 2018. (2) Reconciles the text of CC024205 with the text of HEA 1374 (P.L.189-2018) in SECTION 8. (3) Reconciles the text of CC024205 with the text of the 2018 technical corrections bill (P.L.86-2018) in SECTIONS 8, 11, 12, and 13. (4) Makes a technical correction in SECTION 22. (5) Reconciles the text of CC024205 with the text of HEA 1323 (P.L.188-2018) in SECTION 27.) Provides that the lottery commission must obtain a tax clearance statement from
