Summary

School safety. (This proposed legislation does the following: (1) Sets forth the text of CC123010 adopted by the Senate on March 14, 2018. (2) Makes technical corrections.) Provides that curriculum for the school safety specialist training and certification program must include training in identifying, preventing, and intervening in actions by a person who is present on school property with the intent to harm another person.
