Summary

Provides that a state educational institution may not permit a student to matriculate in a residential campus of the state educational institution unless the student provides documentation of having been vaccinated for meningococcal meningitis or qualifies for an exemption. Repeals the requirement that a state educational institution provide detailed information about meningococcal meningitis to prospective students before they enroll in the state educational institution. Makes conforming changes.
