Summary
Medicaid reimbursement of assisted living services. Requires the office of the secretary of family and social services to, beginning July 1, 2021, reimburse for home and community based services provided to a Medicaid recipient beginning on the date of the individual's Medicaid application (current law allows rather than requires the reimbursement).
