Summary
Removes provisions from the law concerning the violent crime victims compensation fund (fund) that allow a law enforcement agency or person that owns a law enforcement animal to receive compensation from the fund if a law enforcement animal is permanently disabled or killed as a result of the commission of a crime involving cruelty to a law enforcement animal.
