Summary

Provides that a parking placard for a person with physical disabilities, a license plate for a disabled Hoosier veteran, or a license plate for a person with disabilities must bear the final four digits of the unique identifying number displayed on the: (1) driver's license; or (2) identification card; of the individual to whom the placard or license plate has been issued.
