Summary

Changes the name of the commission on mental illness to the commission on mental illness and addictions (commission). Allows representatives of addictions services to be members of the commission. Requires the commission to study certain topics concerning addictions services. Extends the expiration date for the commission on mental health from June 30, 2011, to June 30, 2016. (The introduced version of this bill was prepared by the commission on mental health.)
