Bill Title: Amends the Executive Article of the Illinois Constitution. Provides that, in addition to other eligibility requirements, any person seeking to hold the office of Attorney General on or after the second Monday in January of 2027 must be a licensed attorney-at-law of this State. Effective upon being declared adopted.
