Bill Title: Amends the Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities Act. In provisions concerning the Department of Human Services' Home Services Program, provides that subject to federal approval the Department shall allow a recipient's spouse to serve as his or her provider of personal care or similar services. Effective immediately.
