Bill Title: Amends the Code of Corrections. Creates the Correctional Facility Nominating Committee to nominate candidates to be appointed by the Director of Corrections to serve as the chief administrative officer of a correctional institution or facility. Sets forth the process for organizing the Committee, as well as the procedures to be used by the Committee. Requires the Department to publish annually the qualifications and duties of each position responsible for the custody and care of inmates, together with all supervisory positions over them, including chief administrative officers.
