Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that on July 1, 2015 and no later than each July 1 thereafter, each participating employer shall submit a report annually to the board of trustees of the Fund listing each of its employees during the past 12-month period. Specifies the information to be included in the reports and provides for audits of records. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement.
