Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. Provides that notwithstanding any law to the contrary, no prescription drug that was manufactured in a country other the United States of America may be sold within this State at a price that exceeds 135% of the price for which that drug is sold within the country in which it was manufactured.
