Bill Title: Amends the State Records Act and the Local Records Act. Provides that a public officer or public agency that has a government credit card issued for use by the public officer or employees of the public officer or agency shall post on the officer's or agency's website a copy of each expense charged on the credit card on or before 60 days after the date the expense was charged. Expenses shall remain the website for at least one year after the expense was originally posted. Effective immediately.
