Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that a group policy of accident and health insurance that insures unionized groups may not charge higher premiums, co-pays, or deductibles to non-unionized groups than the premiums, co-pays, and deductibles that are charged to unionized groups under the same policy.
