Bill Title: Creates the Anesthesiologist Assistant Practice Act. Provides for the licensure of anesthesiologist assistants by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Sets forth provisions concerning qualifications, grounds for disciplinary action, and administrative procedures. Preempts home rule. Makes conforming changes in the Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Center Act and the Hospital Licensing Act. Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act to provide for repeal of the Anesthesiologist Assistant Practice Act on January 1, 2026. Effective immediately.
