Expands the offense of traveling to meet a minor to include traveling to meet a minor for the purpose of also engaging in the offense of aggravated battery of a child, criminal transmission of HIV, or contributing to the criminal delinquency of a juvenile. Adds definitions of "child", "computer", and "Internet".
