| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Patricia A. Dublo of Alton, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on October 20, 2016; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Patricia Dublo was born in Alton to Edward and | ||||||
| 6 | LaMarra (Maxiener) Voumard on September 16, 1933; she married | ||||||
| 7 | Fred D. Dublo Sr. in Alton on June 6, 1953; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Patricia Dublo worked for the family business, | ||||||
| 9 | Fred's Towing in Alton, as the bookkeeper for many years; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Patricia Dublo enjoyed gardening, but her | ||||||
| 11 | greatest joy was spending time with her family and | ||||||
| 12 | grandchildren; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Patricia Dublo was preceded in death by her | ||||||
| 14 | husband, Fred; her parents; four great-grandchildren; and a | ||||||
| 15 | stepsister; and
| ||||||
| 16 | WHEREAS, Patricia Dublo is survived by her sons, Fred D. | ||||||
| 17 | Dublo Jr., Jeffrey A. Sr. (Lisa) Dublo, and Robert L. (Pamela) | ||||||
| 18 | Dublo; her daughter, Pamela K. (Thomas) Kincaid; her | ||||||
| 19 | grandchildren, Leo Dublo, Mary Elliott, Emily Dublo, Melissa | ||||||
| 20 | Dublo, Jeffrey Dublo Jr., Michael Dublo, Sarah Saavedra, Joshua | ||||||

| 1 | Gross, Tomi Dublo, Robi Dublo, and Sami Dublo; nine | ||||||
| 2 | great-grandchildren with one on the way; two stepbrothers; and | ||||||
| 3 | her aunt, Violet "Hap" Borchelt; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 4 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 5 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 6 | Patricia A. Dublo, and extend our sincere condolences to her | ||||||
| 7 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it | ||||||
