2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Jacqueline C. Sund of Richmond, who | ||||||
4 | passed away on July 1, 2016; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Jacqueline Sund was born in Park Ridge to Alfred | ||||||
6 | and Jacqueline Peterson on February 6, 1955; and
| ||||||
7 | WHEREAS, Jacqueline Sund was a dedicated employee of | ||||||
8 | Centegra Health Systems for 40 years, where she worked as an | ||||||
9 | intensive care unit nurse, eventually becoming nursing | ||||||
10 | supervisor; she was a member of the Flight For Life Team; and
| ||||||
11 | WHEREAS, Jacqueline Sund was the adoring pet owner of dogs, | ||||||
12 | Mr. Bo Jangles and Bentley, and cats, Eli and Peyton Manning; | ||||||
13 | she loved to spend time sewing, gardening, and resale shopping; | ||||||
14 | and

15 | WHEREAS, Jacqueline Sund was preceded in death by her | ||||||
16 | mother, Jacqueline Peterson; and
| ||||||
17 | WHEREAS, Jacqueline Sund is survived by her husband of 41 | ||||||
18 | years, Daniel Sund; her children, Heidi and Daniel Sund; her | ||||||
19 | father, Alfred Peterson; her sisters, Peggie Jurgens and Debbie | ||||||
20 | Selby; and her brother, Daniel Peterson; therefore, be it

2 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
3 | Jacqueline C. Sund, and extend our sincere condolences to her | ||||||
4 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it | ||||||
5 | further

6 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
