| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of James William Graham of Milan, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on April 28, 2016; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, James Graham was born in Clarksville, Missouri on | ||||||
| 6 | June 26, 1935; he served in the United States Air Force from | ||||||
| 7 | 1954 to 1958; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, James Graham was a sheet metal worker for Sheet | ||||||
| 9 | Metal Local 91 in Rock Island; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, James Graham was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran | ||||||
| 11 | Church in Milan and American Legion Post 246 in Moline; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, James Graham was preceded in death by his son, | ||||||
| 13 | Daniel Graham; and
| ||||||
| 14 | WHEREAS, James Graham is survived by his children, Scott | ||||||
| 15 | Graham, Tracie Campbell, Michelle Graham, James C. Graham and | ||||||
| 16 | Amanda Graham; five grandchildren; and six | ||||||
| 17 | great-grandchildren; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 18 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 19 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||

| 1 | James William Graham, and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
| 2 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
