| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Harold T. Halford of Illinois City, | ||||||
| 4 | formerly of Texas, who passed away on September 10, 2018; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Harold Halford was born in Natchez, Mississippi to | ||||||
| 6 | Hiram and Laverne (Havard) Halford on September 17, 1959; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Harold Halford was a veteran of the United States | ||||||
| 8 | Navy and served from 1977 until 1980; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Harold Halford enjoyed fishing, hunting, and | ||||||
| 10 | spending time with his family, including his nephews, | ||||||
| 11 | great-nieces, and great-nephews; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Harold Halford was preceded in death by his | ||||||
| 13 | parents; and
| ||||||
| 14 | WHEREAS, Harold Halford is survived by his brothers, | ||||||
| 15 | Michael (Judy) Halford and Edwin (Linda) Halford; his nephews, | ||||||
| 16 | Scott and Robert Halford; and his many great-nieces and | ||||||
| 17 | great-nephews; therefore, be it

| 18 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 19 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||

| 1 | Harold T. Halford and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
