2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Russell C. Wells of Waukegan, who passed | ||||||
4 | away on June 17, 2016; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Russell Wells was born on June 4, 1951 in | ||||||
6 | Waukegan; his parents were Raymond and Shirley Wells; and
| ||||||
7 | WHEREAS, Russell Wells graduated from Waukegan High School | ||||||
8 | in 1969; and
| ||||||
9 | WHEREAS, Russell Wells was a partner in local businesses, | ||||||
10 | including the Grand Bowl in Waukegan, O'Leary's Public House in | ||||||
11 | Chicago, and the Evergreen Golf Course in Elkhorn, Wisconsin; | ||||||
12 | and
| ||||||
13 | WHEREAS, Russell Wells was preceded in death by his | ||||||
14 | parents; his sisters, Marilyn Wells and Cheryl Cluck; and his | ||||||
15 | father-in-law, Clarence Rajala; and

16 | WHEREAS, Russell Wells is survived by his wife of 41 years, | ||||||
17 | Kathleen; his daughters, Melissa (Scott) Metzelfeld and | ||||||
18 | Rachel; his grandchildren, Myles and Sadie Metzelfeld; his | ||||||
19 | brothers, Roger (Linda) and Bruce; his sister, Carolyn (Peter) | ||||||
20 | Dorhout; his mother-in-law, Natheen Rajala; his |

2 | Sandra Rajala, Eileen (Keith) Meyer, and Jennifer (Tim) Boehle; | ||||||
