2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Michael David White of Fox Lake, who | ||||||
4 | passed away on November 7, 2014; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Michael White was born in Elgin on October 2, 1961 | ||||||
6 | to David and Carol White; he graduated from St. Edward Central | ||||||
7 | Catholic High School in 1980; and
| ||||||
8 | WHEREAS, Michael White began a career in footwear by | ||||||
9 | managing the family shoe store, Tony White Shoes; he enjoyed | ||||||
10 | further success as the lead account representative for Steve | ||||||
11 | Madden, Ltd. and Candies footwear; throughout his career, he | ||||||
12 | was recognized and respected as a top salesman in the industry; | ||||||
13 | and
| ||||||
14 | WHEREAS, Michael White enjoyed life, family, and friends; | ||||||
15 | he was especially happy when spending time boating on the Chain | ||||||
16 | O' Lakes, watching his beloved Chicago Bears, hunting, or | ||||||
17 | snowmobiling; and

18 | WHEREAS, Michael White is survived by his children, Lindsey | ||||||
19 | White and Anthony White; his parents; his sisters, Laurianne | ||||||
20 | Dinkheller (James), Denise Lorman (Donald), and Christine | ||||||
21 | Groves (Michael); his 7 nephews; his 5 nieces; and his 9 |

2 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL | ||||||
3 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
4 | Michael David White, and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
5 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
6 | further

7 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
