| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Robert Charles "Bob" Bracco of Raleigh, | ||||||
| 4 | North Carolina, who passed away on July 25, 2014; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Bob Bracco was born on July 22, 1961 in Sioux | ||||||
| 6 | City, Iowa; he was raised in Oak Park; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Bob Bracco attended St. Edmund School and was a | ||||||
| 8 | 1979 graduate of Fenwick High School and a 1983 graduate of | ||||||
| 9 | Loras College, where he played football with great strength and | ||||||
| 10 | passion; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Bob Bracco was employed as a construction | ||||||
| 12 | superintendent with Forever Homes; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Bob Bracco was a member of St. Mary Magdalene | ||||||
| 14 | Parish in Apex, North Carolina; and
| ||||||
| 15 | WHEREAS, Bob Bracco was a fan of all Chicago sports, with | ||||||
| 16 | the exception of the Cubs; and
| ||||||
| 17 | WHEREAS, Bob Bracco was preceded in death by his parents, | ||||||
| 18 | Mike and Kay (nee Coughlin) Bracco; and
| ||||||

| 1 | WHEREAS, Bob Bracco is survived by his wife, Diane (nee | ||||||
| 2 | Tunney) Bracco; a daughter, Anna; 9 siblings, Beth (John) | ||||||
| 3 | Bonanno, Dennis (Colleen), Michael (Karen), Larry (Jennifer), | ||||||
| 4 | Marty (Beth), Steven (Susan), Meg (Greg) Liebreich, Peter | ||||||
| 5 | (Melissa), and Barbara Sipes; his mother-in-law, Joan (the late | ||||||
| 6 | Thomas) Tunney; his extended Tunney family, Sue and Dave, TJ | ||||||
| 7 | and Debba, Robbie and Shelby, and Janie and Ron; 30 nieces and | ||||||
| 8 | nephews; and his dog, Sara; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 9 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 10 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his | ||||||
| 11 | family and friends, mourn the passing of Robert Charles "Bob" | ||||||
| 12 | Bracco; and be it further
