2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Sally (nee Sexton) Snarski of Waukegan, | ||||||
4 | who passed away on July 24, 2014; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Sally Snarski was born in Marshfield, Wisconsin on | ||||||
6 | June 16, 1928 to Dr. Walter G. and Ethel Morgan Sexton; she | ||||||
7 | graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of | ||||||
8 | Science in Bacteriology; she married Eugene Mitchell Snarski on | ||||||
9 | February 13, 1954; and
| ||||||
10 | WHEREAS, Sally Snarski was employed by Abbott | ||||||
11 | Laboratories; and
| ||||||
12 | WHEREAS, Sally Snarski was a member of St. Anastasia | ||||||
13 | Catholic Church and volunteered regularly at their soup | ||||||
14 | kitchen; she was a member of Ex Libris Book Club of Waukegan, | ||||||
15 | Chapter AP of the PEO Sisterhood, and the Douglas Chapter of | ||||||
16 | the Waukegan Garden Club; and

17 | WHEREAS, Sally Snarski is survived by her husband, Eugene; | ||||||
18 | and their 8 children; daughter, Elisabeth (F. Steven) Bissell; | ||||||
19 | 3 children, Katherine (Eric) Richardson, Maria, and Eleanor; | ||||||
20 | her son, William; daughter, Sarah (Robert) Berrett; 2 children, | ||||||
21 | Kaitlyn and Emily; triplet sons, Thomas (Marijean); 2 children, |

1 | Theresa and Rebecca; Andrew (Cindy); 2 children, Nicole and | ||||||
2 | Alexander; and Timothy (Shawn); 4 children, Felicia, Marianna, | ||||||

7 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL | ||||||
8 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
9 | Sally Snarski, and extend our sincere condolences to her | ||||||
10 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it | ||||||
11 | further
