2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Eugene E. Svoboda of Wonder Lake, who | ||||||
4 | passed away on January 27, 2014; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Eugene Svoboda was born on April 14, 1929 in | ||||||
6 | Chicago; his parents were Henry and Josephine (nee Hajny) | ||||||
7 | Svoboda; he married Rose Mary Cieczynski on April 29, 1950 in | ||||||
8 | Chicago; and
| ||||||
9 | WHEREAS, Eugene Svoboda was a retired truck driver and a | ||||||
10 | member of Teamsters Local 705; and
| ||||||
11 | WHEREAS, Eugene Svoboda enjoyed spending time with his | ||||||
12 | family, automotive restoration, woodworking, nature, and going | ||||||
13 | up north; and
| ||||||
14 | WHEREAS, Eugene Svoboda was preceded by his wife, Rose | ||||||
15 | Mary; his parents; his brother; and his sister; and
| ||||||
16 | WHEREAS, Eugene Svoboda is survived by his children, Evelyn | ||||||
17 | (Rick) Goins, Linda (Gary) Fox, and Eugene H. (Yvonne) Svoboda; | ||||||
18 | his grandchildren, Garrett Fox, Cody Goins, Austin Fox, Erica | ||||||
19 | Svoboda, Wyatt Goins, Alison Fox, Lucas Goins, Britta Svoboda, | ||||||
20 | Gavin Fox, Eva Svoboda and Rose Mary Fox; and his sisters, Rose |

2 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL | ||||||

4 | family and friends, mourn the passing of Eugene E. Svoboda; and | ||||||
