| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Thomas S. Melzl of Edison Park; and
| ||||||
| 4 | WHEREAS, Thomas Melzl retired from the Chicago Fire | ||||||
| 5 | Department after 32 years of service on Truck 10; and
| ||||||
| 6 | WHEREAS, Thomas Melzl was the beloved husband of the late | ||||||
| 7 | Joanne P. Melzl; the loving father of Thomas J. (Kerri) Melzl; | ||||||
| 8 | the proud grandfather of Thomas B. and Peter J. Melzl; and the | ||||||
| 9 | dear brother of Mary Anne Leff; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 10 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 11 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | ||||||
| 12 | his family and friends, the passing of Thomas S. Melzl; and be | ||||||
| 13 | it further

| 14 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 15 | presented to the family of Thomas Melzl as an expression of our | ||||||
