2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Deborah Lynn Fox of Alton, who passed | ||||||
4 | away on March 11, 2011; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, She was born in Alton, the daughter of Estella | ||||||
6 | (Sons) Martin of Godfrey and the late Jerry Martin; she was a | ||||||
7 | member of St. Mary's Catholic Church; and
| ||||||
8 | WHEREAS, She taught part-time at St. Mary's School and | ||||||
9 | Evangelical Pre-School; she was a musician and private flute | ||||||
10 | instructor, active member and former president of the Alton | ||||||
11 | Symphony Orchestra, and past president of the YWCA Board; and
| ||||||
12 | WHEREAS, She married Christopher Fox on August 30, 1974, in | ||||||
13 | Godfrey; and
| ||||||
14 | WHEREAS, Deborah Fox is survived by her husband, | ||||||
15 | Christopher; her daughter, Angela Collins and her husband, | ||||||
16 | Andrew; her son, Zach Fox and his wife, Bethany, and two | ||||||
17 | grandchildren arriving shortly; her brother, David Martin; her | ||||||
18 | sisters, Jane Jacoby and Bobbie Rhodes and her husband, Glenn; | ||||||
19 | her nieces, Kryste Buoniconti and Jennifer Brown; and her | ||||||
20 | nephews, Jason Jacoby, Aaron Rhodes, and Matthew Rhodes; | ||||||
21 | therefore, be it

2 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | ||||||
3 | her family and friends, the passing of Deborah Fox; and be it | ||||||
4 | further

5 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
6 | presented to the family of Deborah Fox as a symbol of our | ||||||
