| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of John Frederick "Fritz" Miniutti of River | ||||||
| 4 | Forest, who passed away on August 4, 2014; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Fritz Miniutti was born on June 2, 1965 in | ||||||
| 6 | Norwich, New York; his parents were John Roberts Miniutti and | ||||||
| 7 | Dr. Ann Mather Byrne Miniutti; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Fritz Miniutti graduated from Lake Forest High | ||||||
| 9 | School in 1984; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Fritz Miniutti was employed at the Bryn Mawr | ||||||
| 11 | Theater in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania for many years; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Fritz Miniutti was a dedicated phone-banker and a | ||||||
| 13 | regular volunteer in his local Democratic Party office; his | ||||||
| 14 | enthusiasm and willingness to take on all tasks was | ||||||
| 15 | inspirational; he would do any task that was needed, from | ||||||
| 16 | setting up chairs for meetings to filling candy bags for | ||||||
| 17 | parades; for his courage and dedication, the Democratic Party | ||||||
| 18 | of Oak Park presented him with the Distinguished Service Award | ||||||
| 19 | in 2012; he was also a member of UCP Seguin Services of the | ||||||
| 20 | Greater Chicago community, which serves children and adults | ||||||
| 21 | with disabilities; and

| 1 | WHEREAS, Fritz Miniutti is survived by his father, John | ||||||
| 2 | Roberts Miniutti; a sister, Michele Miniutti (Michael) | ||||||
| 3 | Joubert; a nephew, Michael Joseph "Max" Joubert; a niece, Anna | ||||||
| 4 | Miniutti Joubert; and many cousins; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 5 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 6 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his | ||||||
| 7 | family and friends, mourn the passing of John Frederick "Fritz" | ||||||
| 8 | Miniutti; and be it further
| ||||||
| 9 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 10 | presented to the family of John Miniutti as an expression of | ||||||
| 11 | our sympathy.
