1 AN ACT concerning aging.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Respite Program Act is amended by changing
5Section 12 as follows:
6 (320 ILCS 10/12) (from Ch. 23, par. 6212)
7 Sec. 12. Annual Report. The Director shall submit a report
8each year to the Governor and the General Assembly detailing
9the progress of the respite care services provided under this
